Arktis Kiropraktikk Vervet

Arktis Kiropraktikk Vervet

Arktis Kiropraktikk Vervet is a one-to-one chiropractic clinic located at Vervet in Tromsø, run by chiropractor Nicolai Saxegaard, where you see the same practitioner throughout your entire course of treatment.

This provides continuity, precision, and a form of care that develops over time – not just isolated consultations.

At the same time, treatment is tailored to your needs — whether you are looking for quick relief or longer-term follow-up.

The approach is thorough and functional. The focus is on how the body moves, how it tolerates load, and what is actually driving the symptoms – not only where they are felt.

At Arktis Kiropraktikk Vervet:

  • A precise assessment of the underlying cause of your symptoms

  • Treatment tailored to your body and daily life

  • A clear plan for meaningful long-term progress

As an authorised primary healthcare practitioner, you can book directly without a referral.

If needed, you may be referred to a specialist, signed off sick for up to 12 weeks, or referred for diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT, or ultrasound).

Kiropraktor Nicolai Saxegaard - Arktis Kiropraktikk Vervet

Chiropractor Nicolai Saxegaard

I am Nicolai, and I run Arktis Kiropraktikk at Vervet in Tromsø.

With me, you will always see the same practitioner throughout your treatment — with a focus on both fast relief and understanding the underlying cause of your symptoms.

I work with people who want more than temporary relief. The goal is to build an understanding of what is happening in the body, and work towards lasting change.

My approach is based on how the body moves and functions in everyday life, not just where pain is felt. This often allows me to identify underlying causes that are otherwise overlooked.

Before becoming a chiropractor, I worked as a competitive gymnastics coach at national and international level. This gave me a deep understanding of load, movement, and performance – something I bring into every treatment.

I hold a five-year chiropractic degree from Macquarie University in Sydney, as well as a bachelor’s degree from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences.

Common conditions I treat:

  • Back and neck pain

  • Headaches and dizziness

  • Shoulder and joint pain

  • Sports injuries

  • Load-related and overuse conditions

Treatment is individually tailored and may include joint manipulation, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, and exercise – always with the aim of long-term improvement.
